We aim at further strengthening an existing network of well-known top-level European research institutes with relevant practical experience in flood and drought risk management in transboundary regional river basins.
Much of the research will be performed by this coalition of research institutes and if needed supplemented with specific expertise from other institutes for project-specific activities.
